Your experience at Goddess is important to us. Please note the following conditions to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive a little earlier than your treatment time to fill out a registration form, 15 minutes is advisable. Late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
We request that any existing medical conditions, medications, allergies or injuries be fully disclosed to ensure your safety. If a specific procedure is not suitable, we may decline treatment but will always recommend a suitable alternative where possible.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18
Proof of age maybe required, as well as parental consent if you are under 18. Certain treatments are unfortunately not available to minors, and we may decline service if we feel it is not appropriate.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to secure bookings of over an hour, cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of your personal possessions.
